Figure show the decrease in per capita consumption of frozen seafood, shellfish and crustaceans in 2023 with respect to 2023. Frozen shrimp and lobsters still topped the list with an average of 0.95 kilograms consumed per person, followed far behind by frozen squid, of which 0.29 kilograms were consumed by the average Spaniard. The frozen seafood and shellfish sector has also been analyzed by expenditure per capita.
