Phenotypic data for: Paludeto et al. 2021. Genomic relationships-based genetic parameters and prospects of genomic selection for growth and wood quality traits in Eucalyptus benthamii. TGG (accepted) Paludeto_et_al_2021_PhenoData.txtPhenotype data from the 671 genotyped plus the 663 non genotyped trees.From left to right columns are: Geno_ID: individual ID; Block: Block repetition; Grandmother:mother of the maternal parent; Family: maternal parent; Density in Kg.m-3, Extractives %, Lignin % and Carbohydrates % (wood chemical and quality traits measured at four years of age); Volume6 in m3 (measured at six years); GenCHIP: boolean indicating if the individual was genotyped or not. Missing values were coded as NA. The column GenCHIP can be used to separate genotyped from non-genotyped individuals. In Paludeto et al. (2021), genotyped individuals were used on additive (GA or GBLUP) and additive-dominant model (GAD or GBLUP-D). Non-genotyped individuals were used on H model (Single-step GBLUP).
