RNAseq of gall-enriched tissue of Solanum tuberosum infected by Globodera pallida

We compared the gene expression of Solanum tuberosum genotype SH infected with either Globodera pallida D383, E400 or mock infected. After we (mock)-infected the plants we collected gall-enriched tissue 3 and 6 days post infection. The transcriptomes were measured using RNA-seq. The aim of the experiment was to determine how the plant immune response developed after activation of the resistance gene Gpa2 by D383, as E400 is able to overcome that resistance.
