Dataset associated with our project examining the physiological constraints of dopamine on striatal reward activity

This repository contains behavioral data, dLight photometry measurements, smoothed spiking data from recorded striatal neurons, and miniscope recordings. Text files with further explanation are provided to assist with replication of the main analyses.
