Marine Plan The Defence’s Danger and Exercise Areas Forward

Overview of the “Defence’s danger and exercise areas going forward”, reported to HAVPLAN.DK, see Act No 336 of 6 June 1991, Order No 73 of 30 January 2002, Order No 64 of 30 January 2002 and BL7-20 Edition 5 of 9 December 2015, Regulations on the prohibition or restriction of aviation in certain areas and the Shooting Annex to Intelligence for Seafarers No 1. The layer shows the Defence’s permanent shooting and exercise areas going forward. However, the military’s shooting and exercise activities are not limited to these areas. As the Act and the Orders are not always adequate in terms of position indication, the individual om-advised has been brought into line with the area’s display in the official electronic charts published by the Danish Geodata Agency (GST). The layer shall be kept up to date according to any corrections to the Orders. Temporary shooting and practice areas are not introduced into the layer, but are advised in intelligence to seafarers on an equal footing as activation of the permanent shooting and exercise areas.
