This dataset records data from the rubber vulcanization process, which refers to the procedure where rubber molecules crosslink with each other to form a cross-linked network structure. Through vulcanization, rubber undergoes chemical and physical changes to improve its performance and acquire the practical application value of being elastic with low deformation. Studying the influence regularity of vulcanization process conditions on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber helps to further understand the rubber vulcanization process, thereby enabling precise control over this procedure, and also lays a solid foundation for subsequent research on the impact of vulcanization processes on the sealing performance of seals.
