Parameter estimates from generalized linear mixed-effects models (GLMM).

Models examine the effects of fork length (FL), age (A), month (M), latitude (lat), longitude (lon) and MAGO stage on the sex ratio (PM, probability of being male), gonad index (GI), oocyte diameter (O), proportion of active females (PA), spawning fraction (PP, proportion with POFs) and batch fecundity (B). Only models with at least 1% support (Akaike weight ≥0.01) are shown. The effects of FL, age and month were modelled as factors and cubic splines (s) with varying degrees of freedom (df). MAGO stage was modelled as a fixed factor only. Sex ratio, PA and PP were modelled with a binomial distribution and logit link function. βset is the random effect of fishing set, and ε is the error term. AICc is the small-sample bias-corrected form of Akaike's information criterion, Δ is the Akaike difference, and w is the Akaike weight.
