Toxicity after AAV delivery of RNAi expression constructs into nunhuman primate brain

RNA Seq and small RNA Seq datasets from cerebellum of Rhesus macaque from treated and control cohorts. Overall design: RNA Seq experiments performed in association with the Keiser et al 2021 publication in Nature Medicine fall into two categories "Study1" and "Study2". Study1 denotes experiments that were performed in an effort to identify the cause of toxicity observed after administration of the rAAV2/1.miS1 (hereafter referred to as AAV.miS1) construct. Study2 designates samples that were generated in experiments desgned to test new construct configurations including "AAV.intmiS1", "AAV.miSCA7", and "AAV.stuffer" which each represent a AAV capsid carrying different cargo configurations. The purpose of Study2 was to assess and characterize the immune responses generated by each of these constructs.
