Light color and nutrient availability alter trophic transfer from algae to zooplankton

This is data from a project that looked at how differences in light color and nutrient availability altered trophic transfer from freshwater algae to zooplankton. We used natural algal communities as food for <i>Daphnia </i>neonates and measured their juvenile specific growth rate as a proxy for trophic transfer. The data here include Daphnia survivorship data, juvenile specific growth rate data, and algal community data.
