We have characterized genome-wide expression and regulatory networks of 609 renal tumors and 256 non-tumor renal tissues using the Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChips. Data show remarkable sexual dimorphism at transcriptional level including sex-specific signatures associated with RCC progression and survival. Total RNA obtained from frozen RCC tumour and/or adjacent non-tumour renal tissue. Note that 202 samples (from 101 patients) analyzed were already submitted (see PMID: 23526956 and GSE40435).
