We are examining the regulatory pathway of ZHX2 and p65 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma cell line 786-O Overall design: 786-O cells were infected with Scr (scrambled), ZHX2 shRNA (44), ZHX2 shRNA (45), Ctrl (Control) shRNA or p65 shRNA . All of these samples were prepared in two replicates.
