The raw SNP genotype data for the sweet maize inbred lines

This dataset contains the original genotype data generated by genotyping 68 sweet corn inbred line materials using the "Zhongyuxin 1" SNP chip. The data is stored in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format and contains a main worksheet. Each cell records the genotype of the corresponding sample at the corresponding SNP locus. This data is designed to provide basic genotype data support for research on genetic diversity analysis of sweet corn germplasm resources, core germplasm construction, functional gene mapping, and molecular marker-assisted breeding. Researchers can directly use this data file for basic statistical analysis or convert it into other formats (such as PLINK format) for downstream bioinformatics analyses like population structure analysis, kinship identification, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
