MODERN THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

This thesis analyzes modern theoretical approaches to the management of foreign direct investment (FDI). It highlights the importance of the eclectic paradigm (OLI), institutional, and resource-based approaches in attracting and effectively managing foreign investment. The study also substantiates the role of digital transformation and sustainable development in the investment management process. The findings provide a theoretical basis for improving mechanisms for the effective management of foreign direct investment in Uzbekistan.
