We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of lung cells from hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)-treated mice to examine HCQ-induced IFN-I response in the lung. Overall design: Mice were treated with 50 mg/kg of HCQ (TCI) on days 0, 1, and 2. Lungs were harvested on day 3, lung cells were isolated using the gentleMACS Dissociator (Miltenyi Biotec) according to the manufacturer's standard protocol, and the cells were subjected to scRNA-seq analysis.
