In recent years, the study of the correlated Xray/OIR fast variability inblackhole transients (BHTs) is showing more and more promising results. GRS1915+105 was one of the first BHTs to be studied with a multiwavelengthapproach, showing the first strong evidences for a diskjet connection. As oftoday, only few XrayOIR simultaneous observations have been reported of thissource. Here, we propose to observe GRS1915+105 simultaneously with XMM andHAWKI@VLT, using high time resolution modes at both wavelengths. We ask toperform 5 (7 ks apiece) XMM observations, matched by 5 (1 hour apiece)HAWKiI@VLT observations. These data will allow us to study the discjetconnection in different accretion regimes, and have an overall picture of the complex evolution of this extreme source. truncated!, Please see actual data for full text [truncated!, Please see actual data for full text]
