Identification of genomic alterations in H1299 cell line after acquired resistance against cdk4/6 inhibitor ribociclib

Uncontrolled cell proliferation is a major hallmark of cancer. Targeting the proteins CDK4/6, which control cell cycle entry, is a promising strategy for tumor treatment. However, rapidly acquired drug resistance makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory therapeutic outcomes with CDK4/6 inhibitors. Here we characterized the genetic alterations of lung cancer cell line H1299 after acquired resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitor ribociclib.
