Monthly Evolution of the Rare Disease Person Card (CRPD).
The CPDR aims to ensure that in emergency and/or emergency situations, health professionals have access to the relevant information of the person with rare disease and the specificity of the clinical situation, allowing the best care of the patient.
**Comments:** Since the end of February 2017, all professionals have been entitled to issue CPDRs and all CPDRs, from the moment they are requested, are issued.
