Evaluation of fecal microbiome of dogs treated with chemotherapy for naturally occurring cancer

These sequencing data were generated from DNA extracted from fecal samples collected from pet dogs with different types of naturally occurring cancer undergoing chemotherapy treatment. The type of treatment is designated in the sample_title, and for dogs receiving DOXO, CARBO or MITO, samples were collected at T1 (baseline), T2 (4 days later), T3 (7 days later), and T4 (21 days later). For dogs treated with CHOP, samples were collected at T1 (baseline), T2 (7 days later), T3 (14 days later), T4 (21 days later), T5 (28 days later) and T6 (35 days later).
