Sanger sequencing files of exon 13 of the SCNN1G gene of Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension

We studied the prevalence of SCNN1G genetic variants and their association with renin-aldosterone profiles in Afro-Colombian patients with apparent resistant hypertension. We performed conventional PCRs of exon 13 of the SCNN1G gene in our participants and searched for genetic variants through Sanger sequencing. These are the ab1 files of the electropherograms.
