We performed a comparative immunology case study of client-owned dogs to determine if immune and skin gene expression profiles in canine interface dermatitis. Overall design: Gene expression was analyzed using 160 custom Nanostring probes to analyze 8 canines with DLE, 1 canine with MLE and 1 canine with DI-CLE compared to 5 healthy controls (leg margin excisions).
