We will compare bisulphite libraries from primordial germ cells (PGCs) from Thymine DNA-glycosylase knockout and control embryos in order to characterise the effect of TDG deletion on the methylation and hydroxymethylation profiles of PGCs.We will conduct bisulfite-sequencing of DNA extracted from primordial germ cells from different time points, between embryonic day 9.5 and embryonic day 12.5.
