We have identified the small molecular compounds (SMCs), which affect cell fate decisions during the differentiation of mouse trophoblast stem cells (mTSCs), through SMCs library screening. To reveal transcriptomic changes caused by the SMCs-treatment, we performed RNA-seq analysis in this project. The total of ten RNA samples consists of six samples of mTSCs at day 2 of differentiation under the presence of N-Oleoyldopamine (OLDA), Radezolid, or DMSO (as a control) in biological duplicates, and four samples of mTSCs at day 6 of differentiation under the presence of BX471 or DMSO (as a control) during days 4-6 of differentiation in biological duplicates.
