Surface and bottom water samples were collected December 15, 2015 from 9 stations on the Pensacola Shelf. Samples for nitrate and silicate were filtered through GF/F filters before analysis. Total Kjeldahl nitrogen and total phosphorus samples were not filtered and were preserved with sulfuric acid. All samples were analyzed with a Lachet FIA system.
