The archive includes predicted proteomes and assembly metadata; phylogenomic matrix definitions and selected concatenated alignments; gene and species trees; branch-support summaries; downstream analysis results; and analysis-command records and custom scripts. It is a documented data-and-methods archive. Server-specific paths and computing environments mean that the recorded commands are not a turnkey reproducibility workflow.
