就是给需要长期使用影像的单位创建的推送任务，每个单位一个任务。目前是给全省的市县节点、行业节点推送的任务，后期还有其他单位需要，则创建一条记录。有多少单位需要就创建多少记录。

This push task is designed for organizations that require long-term access to image data, with one dedicated task assigned to each individual organization. Currently, such tasks are being pushed to municipal, county-level nodes and industry nodes across the province. In the future, should additional organizations have such needs, one record will be created for each such organization, with the total number of records matching the number of requesting organizations. This type of data is used to record the information of platform data push tasks, namely image data push task information.
