SQANTI3 reference annotations - human

Orthogonal human hg38 reference files which are used in the SQANTI-QC pipeline to aid in transcript annotation. The files include;<br>Poly-A sites bed file from PolyA Site with chromosome names aliased from (1,2,3...) format to (chr1,chr2, ch3...) format, aliasing was performed with UCSC tools chromToUcsc. CAGE refTSS data from Riken in bed format Intropolis hg19 sites lifted-over to hg38, retrieved from SQANTI repository Poly-A motifs list for human and mouse, retrieved from SQANTI repository
