This dataset contains the spatial outputs and input sampling data used to model Phytophthora susceptibility in Mediterranean wild olive (Olea europaea var. sylvestris) forests using ensemble species distribution models (SDMs).The dataset includes:• Ensemble_map.tif: a georeferenced raster map representing the ensemble prediction of Phytophthora susceptibility across the study area. The ensemble was generated by combining multiple SDM algorithms and reflects the relative probability of occurrence based on environmental predictors.• Sampling_locations.gpkg: a vector dataset containing the spatial locations of sampling points with positive and negative samples for Phytophthora.The modelling framework integrates climatic, topographic, and environmental variables relevant to Phytophthora ecology under Mediterranean conditions. The dataset supports reproducibility of the analyses and can be used for further ecological modelling, risk assessment, and forest health management applications.
