Phycosphere Metagenome Metagenome

This study isolated a strain of Cladocopium C1 from a reef-building coral in the coastal waters of Hainan and performed its molecular identification and axenic cultivation. From the phycosphere of the axenic algal culture in F/2 medium, dominant bacteria were isolated. Bacterial-algal co-culture experiments were conducted to investigate algal growth and phycosphere dynamics under different temperatures and N/P ratios.
