Source data for Exercise is associated with attenuated aging related osteoporosis through TMAO alpha Klotho inflammasome signaling

This dataset contains the numerical source data supporting the main and supplemental quantitative figures of the manuscript entitled “Exercise is associated with attenuated aging related osteoporosis through TMAO alpha Klotho inflammasome signaling.” The dataset includes source data for Figures 1–8 and Supplementary Figures S1–S2, covering the exploratory clinical comparison, animal experiments, cellular experiments, western blot quantification, co-immunoprecipitation quantification, and cytokine antibody-array analyses. Quantitative data are organized by figure panel, experimental group, biological or experimental replicate, measured value, and unit, where applicable. Clinical data are provided using coded observation identifiers without direct participant identifiers.
