Data on diversity of four the most commonly recorded taxonomical groups of soil biota (prepared based on results of high-throughput sequencing with Illumina MiSeq) with the study plots' (n=20) characteristics and data on the content of 10 selected nutrients regarding soil samples under Impatiens parviflora's percentage cover invasion gradient in managed part of the Białowieża Primeval Forest.
