Longissimus muscle samples were collected from lambs at 4 developmental time points (prenatal gestational d 85 and 133, and postnatal d 42 and 243). Muscle samples were examined to determine the impact of myofiber hypertrophy on the mRNA profile. This study is comprised of 12 samples, There are 4 developmental groups with 3 replicates each. Prenatal time gestational d 85 and 133. Postnatal time d 42 and 243.
