Data and notebooks for uppermost inner-core phase-shift mapping

This record contains the processed waveform data, synthetic datasets, analysis notebooks, intermediate analysis states and figure source files used to recover phase-shift structure and hemispherical boundary geometry in the uppermost inner core. The archive includes the real-data analysis notebook (main_real.ipynb), synthetic-data test notebooks (synthetic_test/main_syn.ipynb and synthetic_test/generate_synthetic_data.ipynb), processed real-data HDF5 waveform products, synthetic HDF5 datasets, cached phase-shift and boundary-recovery states, and the main and supplementary figure outputs. The notebooks reproduce the all-data phase-shift recovery, sliding-window tomography, hemispherical boundary extraction, synthetic recovery tests and figure generation used in the associated manuscript. Raw seismic waveforms used to construct the processed products are available from the original public seismic data archives.
