<b>Megafauna_Meta_Analysis_Data.Rds</b>: the main data set used to run the analysis. Columns:· data_point_ID: Unique ID for each data point (=pairwise comparison)· Citation: Unique ID for each included study· Title: The title of the study· data_year: Year of data collection if reported, otherwise year of publication.· Latitude: Latitude of study· Longitude: Longitude of study· Study_Notes: Notes on study· Data_Notes: Notes on data· Design_Notes: Notes on study design· broad_experimental_mechanism: The mechanism used to study megafauna impacts (exclosure, enclosure, management differences etc)· eco_response: Ecosystem response category used in the analysis· Response_Cat: Semi-specific response category· Response: Specific response measured and reported in study (e.g., cover, density, diversity, concentration, and so on)· Units: Units of reported response· treatment_duration_days: The number of days since experimental treatment as a numeric variable· measure_area_m2: Area of measurement (i.e., plot size)· time_series_clean: Some studies reported repeated measurements of the same plot.
