EFPAD 2023: European Fallow Product Audit Database

EFPAD 2023 is a study created, six country probability sampled interoperability benchmark for diagnostic validation of the 2023 Copernicus HRL Croplands Fallow Land Presence product and its public intermediate layers. The release contains a verified multilingual semantic crosswalk, a locked sample of 7,047 agricultural parcels drawn from 1,368,741 eligible records in 314 strata, exact design weights, parcel level CPFLP and CTY measurements, CTYCL summaries for 1,467 primary target parcels, design based estimates, source code, and automated tests. Administrative declarations are interoperability references and not independent field truth. Exact coordinates, source geometries, original parcel identifiers, the private HMAC linkage key, and raster tiles are excluded. Data and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
