Analysis code, processed data, and raw microscopy for Fungal Hyphae as Distributed Vapor Sinks (Lin, Feng, Khan, Park & Jung). Contents: • 35 lab-trial archives — raw microscopy, Cellpose segmentation masks, calibration JSON. Hydrogel calibration (n = 5 each: agar, 0.5:1, 1:1, 2:1 NaCl-agar) and fungal colonies (n = 5 each: Aspergillus, Mucor, Rhizopus). • Colony morphology imagery for Figure 4 — 3D brightfield ROIs and light microscopy for both Aspergillus and Mucor. • 6 Gymnosporangium-infected Malus leaf trials (3 healthy, 3 diseased). • Chamber stability traces across 13 standardized trials. • Analysis code repository with figure-generation scripts. • Five supplementary movies. Processed CSVs sufficient to reproduce every figure are included in the code archive.
