Data Underlying: Quantitative decomposition of non-photochemical quenching in Physcomitrium patens highlights synergistic roles of LhcSR and zeaxanthin

In this work, we used quantitative decomposion to determine the contributions of PsbS, LhcSR and Zeaxanthin to NPQ in the moss physcomitrium patens. This dataset contains the data underlying the publication entitled "Quantitative decomposition of non-photochemical quenching in Physcomitrium patens highlights synergistic roles of LhcSR and zeaxanthin". In the README file, an overview is given of the presented data and Python codes.
