This repository contains raw and processed data supporting the resultsof the manuscript "Dendriplexes in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma therapy". Files:- In_vitro_data.xlsx – raw viability, toxicity and migration assay data, qPCR results.- In_vivo_data.xlsx – tumor volume and body weight data, blood analysis raw data, qPCR results, resection data.Raw qPCR data could not be deposited due to irreversible loss of the originalfiles. All analyzed and summarized data used for statistical evaluation areprovided in the repository.
