16S rRNA gene sequencing of gut microbiota in young rats

The occurrence of paediatric constipation is often accompanied by changes in the gut microbiota. In order to understand how CBLEB regulated the gut microbiota and treated constipation, we studied the changes in gut microbiota in constipated young rats after treatment using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. And the results suggested that higher doses of CBLEB could induce alterations in the structural composition of intestinal flora in young constipated rats.
