Thirty subjects were randomly selected and cultured at 11C, 15C, and 23C for 48 hours, respectively. Tissue samples from different individuals were taken at three temperature conditions, then transcriptome sequencing was performed on liver, muscle, brain, and gill tissue, and 3 bioreplicates were performed on each tissue sample. For example, in the compressed file "R_gi_11_3_1.fq.gz", "R" stands for Odontamblyopus rebecca, "gi" stands for gills, "11" stands for experimental temperature, and "3" stands for the number of biological replicates.
