These JA-related compounds in each tissue extract prepared from three different developing P. vulgaris seeds were quantified by LC-ESI-MS analysis. Concentrations of the JA-related compounds in each tissue are shown per milligram of fresh weight (FW). Each value represents the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3). Lowercase superscripted letter indicates significant differences (p <0.05) between the tissue types for each JArelated compound.
