HOC (Hallmarks of Cancer)

The Cancer (HOC) corpus consists of PubMed publication abstracts manually annotated by experts in 1852 based on the cancer taxonomic schema. The taxonomy comprises 37 classes arranged in a hierarchical structure. Each sentence in the corpus is assigned zero or more class labels. Label files are stored in the "labels" directory, while the tokenized text files can be found in the "text" directory. Each file is named after its corresponding PubMed ID (PMID).
