Genome sequencing, assembly, and diversity analyses of Fragaria x ananassa

This project aims to construct a high-quality reference genome for strawberry cultivars widely grown in Japan. In addition, we will investigate the genomic diversity of various strawberry varieties to enhance our understanding of their genetic traits and contribute to breeding programs.
