CVR-index files for Aline and Mascote island

This repository contains the CVR index files for the sound recordings of Aline (1 plot) and Mascote island (4 plots), located in the Balbina Hydroelectric Reservoir in Brazilian Amazonia. At each plot, ecoacoustic recordings were collected for 1 minute every 5 minutes for a total of 5 days (1440 recordings/site) using a 44,100 Hz sampling rate.The CVR-index was calculated using default values in the AnalysisPrograms.exe software package by the QUT Ecoacoustics Group.This data is used in the case study and vignette for the soundscapeR R-package, available on GitHub here: https://github.com/ThomasLuypaert/soundscapeR
