It is well known that antibiotics are essential drugs in clinical practice, but they disrupt the balance of gut microecology. Previous studies have found that antibiotics have a greater impact on mice living in high cleanliness environments. We studied the effects of antibiotic use before pregnancy on gut microbiota and microglia in the brain of offspring mice living in a high cleanliness environment, and the repair effect of soil on the gut microbiota and brain of offspring mice.
