Datasets for paper Structural Bias Beyond Homophily: A Controlled Study of Fairness in Link Prediction. synthetic_graphs.pkl is a dictionary with key (usecase, alpha, beta) and value being a synthetic graph replicating the usecase graph with alpha, beta parameters for size imbalance and homophily, respectively. collab.pkl is the reference collab usecase graph. Nodes represent researchers and "sensitive" node attribute is the indicator of researcher being a woman.
