ADMET Data of 330 Plant-Derived Molecules Tested Against SARS-CoV-2 Proteins

This dataset contains ADMET parameters for approximately 330 plant-derived molecules, tested in vitro against 3CLpro, PLpro, Spike, and RdRp proteins of SARS-CoV-2. The molecules were identified through a systematic review following the PRISMA method, covering publications from February 2020 to February 2024. The purpose of this dataset is to provide a structured repository for computational analysis and future investigations on bioactive compounds with potential antiviral properties.
