The landscape of accessible chromatin in mouse and human primordial germ cells (PGC) [mouse DNase-Hypersensitivity]

We mapped and systematically annotated the cis-regulatory elements in moue human primordial germ cells (PGCs). We profiled DNase I hypersensitive sites (DHSs) in 20 mouse and 13 human PGC samples, 4 mouse and 10 human gonad somatic samples, 4 mouse embryonic stem cell (ESC) samples and 2 mouse epiblast like cell (EpiLC) samples. Please note that processed data was generated from both rep1 and rep2 samples together and is linked to the correspoding 'rep1' sample records.
