Simulated genotypes for wolves and dogs

This file contains 13 sets of loci for 1000 simulated genotypes of wolves and dogs. Sheet “52 loci” contains simulated genotypes for the whole set of markers on our dataset. Sheet “13 AIMs” contains simulated genotypes for the 13 AIMs selected as the most suitable for studying hybridization in this project. Sheet “Set Finnzymes” contains simulated genotypes for the 18 markers available on a commercial kit for dog microsatellites genotyping. Sets 1 to 10 are subsets of 13 random selected markers across the whole dataset of 52 loci.
