Transcriptome sequencing of lily bulbs

To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying dormancy release in lily (Lilium spp.) bulbs, this study focused on functional validation experiments of two key regulatory genes that exhibited significant responses during dormancy release. Transcriptome sequencing was performed using their overexpression materials. The research aims to uncover the functional patterns of these genes in regulating dormancy release and their downstream response networks, while clarifying their potential roles in hormone signaling, energy metabolism, and cellular physiological changes.
