政务窗口智能导视系统管理平台须同时具备排队叫号、信息发布、微信预约、服务评价等一系列的功能模块，包括以下功能模块：
 排队叫号：主要负责智能导视系统管理平台中取号方式、叫号规则、过号处理、队列等待、号列转移等相关规则的设定及基础数据支撑库的建立；
 信息发布：用于实现智能导视系统管理平台中窗口显示屏、综合信息屏等各种显示设备的内容推送及设备管理等功能；
 服务评价：服务评价功能模块可实现办事人员在各窗口的评价终端设备上对其正在办理的业务进行服务评价操作，评价模块能根据预先定义的评价项进行动态显示等功能；
 微信预约：通过微信预约服务模块的建设，为市民及企业用户提供办事指南、信息公开、办事预约、办事咨询等服务；

The intelligent guidance system management platform for government service windows must be equipped with a series of functional modules including queuing and number calling, information release, WeChat appointment, service evaluation and more. The specific functional modules are listed as follows:
• Queuing and Number Calling: It is mainly responsible for setting rules such as number taking methods, number calling rules, missed number processing, queue waiting, queue transfer and other relevant regulations in the intelligent guidance system management platform, as well as establishing the basic data support database.
• Information Release: It is used to implement functions including content push and equipment management for various display devices such as window display screens and comprehensive information screens in the intelligent guidance system management platform.
• Service Evaluation: This functional module enables service applicants to conduct service evaluation operations on the businesses they are currently handling via the evaluation terminal devices installed at each service window. The evaluation module can dynamically display content based on pre-defined evaluation items and other related functions.
